The Galassia Laboratory is the annual experience that Codemotion Kids! It has been designed for girls and boys aged 14 to 18 .
In the course of 24 meetings, girls and boys will face complex programming concepts, familiarizing themselves with textual languages and with the development of mobile apps. They will have the opportunity to integrate the different electronics and robotics technologies that they will encounter during their journey, in order to create prototypes and projects able to offer solutions to real problems.
PROJECT BASED APPROACH
Thanks to a project-based approach, the students will learn lesson lessons to transform an idea into reality by realizing their personal technological and digital projects in groups, thus benefiting from the value of the team .

Educational Goals
- introduce and deepen the use and concepts of data structures & databases,
- develop the ability to collect and represent data;
- develop 2D / 3D coordinate systems,
- deepen the Algorithms,
- develop the concepts of Decomposition & Debugging;
- familiarize yourself with the concept of Pattern;
- learn the use of text and object-oriented languages (Python, Processing);
- develop the ability to relate the various technologies;
- to create prototypes in the IoT (Internet of Things) world;
- learn how to develop mobile applications with AppInventor, and Java;
- become familiar with 3D modeling systems,
- develop manual skills in circuits and prototyping

- Friday (starting October 19th): 3.30pm – 5.15pm
- Saturday (starting October 20th): 3.30pm – 5.15pm
WHAT DOES THE COURSE PRICE INCLUDE?
– All the materials useful for the course are provided by Codemotion Kids!
– One pc is provided for each participant
– The class consists of max 10 participants with 1 teacher every 7 students
– All participants will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the workshop
